Coordinated Entry Dashboard
This dashboard covers three separate views into the Coordinated Entry System (CES) for Fiscal
Year 2025: a summary of housing program referrals made through CES, a profile of clients
enrolled in CES, and the full set of 61 assessment questions used to identify housing barriers
and connect households to the right level of care. These are three distinct data sources with
their own client/assessment counts — they are not different views of the same total.
